The Space:

Harbortown Haven is a comfortable riverfront condo designed for guests who want to experience South Haven on foot. Leave your car in the designated parking space when you arrive and spend your vacation wandering downtown boutiques, enjoying waterfront dining, relaxing on the beach, or watching boats travel through the channel—all just minutes from your front door.



Inside, the open living space makes it easy to gather after a day of exploring. Whether you're sharing takeout from your favorite downtown restaurant, planning tomorrow's adventure over morning coffee, or relaxing with a movie after sunset, the living room and kitchen offer everything you need to settle in and feel at home.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare breakfast before the beach or a casual dinner after a day on the water. Enjoy meals around the dining table, with additional seating at the kitchen island so everyone can stay part of the conversation.



When it's time to recharge, the condo comfortably accommodates families, couples, or friends with two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds—ideal for children or additional guests. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space when needed.



One of Harbortown Haven's favorite features is the private balcony overlooking the Black River. Start the morning with coffee as downtown comes to life, watch boats pass through the channel during the day, or unwind with a glass of wine while the evening settles over the waterfront. It's a peaceful place to pause, even while you're right in the center of South Haven.

Guest Access:

Guest access is through the front door to the right of the hair salon. Once inside, head up the stairs; the unit is the first door to the left.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of downtown South Haven, Harbortown Haven places you within walking distance of many of the area's favorite attractions. Browse locally owned shops, enjoy waterfront restaurants, visit the Michigan Maritime Museum, or take an easy stroll to South Beach and the South Pier Lighthouse. Throughout the summer, you'll find farmers markets, live music, festivals, and endless opportunities to experience the charm of this vibrant lakeshore community—all just steps from your door.



Other Things to Note:

Parking: There is one marked parking spot in the alleyway of the building, though it's pretty tight. The lot for the building is totally free.

Pets: This property does not allow pets

Beach Access: Easy 8 minute walk to South Beach.

We're available in-person Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, to assist guests in planning their South Haven vacation and providing insider tips for an authentic local experience.



Prior to your arrival you will receive all pertinent check-in information communicated via email and mobile SMS messaging, as well as a local destination guide with our personal recommendations on local eats and activities in the area.



We provide an after-hours emergency phone number to call in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile SMS number that you can text for non-emergency issues.
