The "Darling Duplex" accommodates up to twelve guests in two separate units or apartments under one roof. Each of the two, side by side units has two floors, a fully stocked kitchen and living room. The north unit can accommodate up to six guests in two bedrooms located on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. The north unit has one full bathroom on the second floor and one half bathroom on the first floor. The south unit can accommodate up to eight guests in beds. The entire duplex, meaning both north and south apartments are rented to single families at one time. Please note that at no time shall the total capacity in the house or on the property exceed twelve guests over two years of age. The south unit has one bedroom conveniently located on the first floor with a queen bed. The second bedroom in the south unit is located on the second floor and has two double beds. There is also a sitting room on the second floor of the south unit that has a twin bed and a roll out twin trundle bed. There is a spacious back yard with a large picnic table and covered patio for outdoor dining and relaxation. Four off street parking spaces are provided. Please note that this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask that our guests please keep voice and music levels to a minimum at all times.
