By Car: Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace. Having a car makes it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest in the area.

- Up to 2 dogs allowed ($125/stay, no cats) — please crate train and clean up after them.

- Stays of 28+ days may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- No parties — violations may end the stay early.

- Ring camera by the front door monitors our cleaning team for security and quality.

- Parking for 6 vehicles in the driveway; street parking is not allowed.

- 4WD recommended, especially in winter/spring when rain can affect road conditions.

This property requires guest registration and gate access. This HOA charges fees based on stay dates/lengths & vehicles. See below for more info on exact rates that will be charged at the time of registering prior to check in.

• In-Season Daily Rate: $8.50 per person, per night

• In-Season Weekly Rate (5–7 nights, up to 30 days): $42.50 per person, per week

• Vehicle Fee: $20 per vehicle. All the information is needed 3 days before check-in or the late fee will be applied.

• Transaction Fee: $20 per registration

• Late Fee: $100 (unchanged)



- Please note that vehicle passes are tied to the exact license plate number you register, so cars can’t be swapped mid-stay.

-You will receive a welcome email from the HOA 24 hours before check-in, which will include community details, shared amenity information, and necessary amenity passes.

- At check-in, all guests must stop by the Welcome Center to register their vehicles. Once registered, you will receive a QR code for convenient gate access.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
