About the house:

The open kitchen and dining area flows seamlessly onto a wooden deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor lifestyle ideal for summer dinners, morning coffee, and evenings under the stars. Enjoy the classic Vineyard outdoor shower after a beach day, fire up the grill for family meals, or relax in the quiet wooded surroundings after exploring the island.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and pull-out sofa in the living room. We are in a peaceful residential setting that is a 10 minute bike ride to downtown Vineyard Haven or a short car ride for easy access to Oak Bluffs attractions. The back of the house leads to Ancient Way Trails for long walks or mountain biking.

MAIN LEVEL: The house was designed to give the cozy cottage feel that Oak Bluffs is known for. You enter into a small two story foyer that leads to the kitchen, dining and living areas. This area also has a small nook with a washer and dryer.

The dining space is the perfect place to come together after a day of exploring and share a meal and all the exciting details of your day. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need. High-speed internet and A/C keep everyone comfortable.

The main level also includes a bedroom and a half bathroom. Two beach umbrellas, a beach tent, two adult and two child beach chairs are available next to the outdoor shower.

The living room has a pull out sofa with a privacy curtain for extra guests. Note: We do not have cable but guests are free to stream their own accounts on the smart TV. We also offer complimentary Peacock Premium.

On the deck we have an outdoor shower for use after a day at the beach.

UPPER LEVEL: The two upstairs bedrooms have a queen and double bed. The primary bedroom has a private sitting area with another television with a DVD player or space to enjoy a good book. There is a full hallway bathroom between each bedroom.

OUTSIDE: There is a doors leading to the deck from the dining area. We have a gas grill for you to enjoy in the backyard. Note: We do not provide gas.

PARKING: The driveway accommodates up to three standard/mid-size vehicles or two larger SUVs comfortably. Please park in the designated driveway areas only. There is no street parking available. A covered owner island vehicle is stored on the property and is not for guest use.
