This property is a two floor property on floors 1 and 2. the entrance door is accessed via stairs up to the first floor.

Smart lock used to provide guests secure and personalised access.

Parking is provided on site, there is a large carpark a short walk away from the main entrance to the building. A parking permit is provided for one vehicle to park near/outside the building. Others will need to be parked in the large carpark by the clubhouse. All vehicle are parked at the guests risk and responsibility to park correctly fall on the vehicle driver.
