Beautiful updated condo in the best location in town. Walkable to almost everything. Large and very nicely furnished. Good WIFI and climate control. Many thoughtful extras. Would definitely stay again. Particularly enjoyed visiting Newport in the shoulder season. Restaurants and attractions were not too crowded and the weather was perfect.

The apartment was great. Very well appointed, comfortable furnishings and bed, and in a great location. We had a little scheduling issue with the cleaners when we arrived but the host took care of it immediately and gave us a local restaurant gift card for our troubles. We were able to comfortably hang out at the apartment, cook in the complete kitchen and walk to local places of interest. I recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

Awesome condo in the heart of Newport. Walking distance to all local attractions. The unit was beautifully decorated and spotless. Host was quick to respond when we had a minor issue. Was able to park directly in front of home. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful place. The apartment has been exceptionally well put together and has all the little touches you would hope for in a holiday stay, even exercise mats and dumb bells, beach towels, beach cart etc. The place was sparkingly clean. We used the picnic hamper for our picnic and that made it all the more special. The bed was comfortable and the bedding and towels were exceptionally soft. Location couldn't be better as so easy to walk to lots of great places. This is one of the best holiday places we have stayed in.

We absolutely loved our stay in Newport because of how close this apartment was to everything! The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, exactly like pictured. There were so many amenities and small details, such as beach chairs, picnic basket, bathrobes, black makeup towels, games, etc. that I really appreciated! The location is only about 7-10 minutes away from the wharfs walking distance. The host was easy to communicate with and let us check in an hour early.

We really enjoyed our stay! Not only was the condo spotless, but it was also beautifully decorated. The towels were incredibly soft, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also loved that they provided everything you could possibly need. Beach towels, chairs, a wagon, books, games...you name it. The location was perfect, too! It was conveniently close to everything, and we loved being able to walk to the nearby restaurants and shops without having to worry about parking. It truly made us feel like local! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in the area!

The apartment is perfection! Clean, gorgeous and the attention to detail was off the charts. The kitchen had everything you'd ever need and then some. Lots of extras that made our stay even more enjoyable - from the beach towels, beach chairs and beach bag to the coffee syrups and cocktail amenities. The location was great - we parked our car when we arrived and walked everywhere. Easy walk to the beach, the Cliff Walk and the piers. Erin was a fabulous host! The coffee maker and the Keurig in the apartment was a nice touch - but if you'd rather a latte...steps from the apartment is Picnic Cafe and the lattes and muffins and scones and breads were divine! We'll be back!

I can’t wait to stay at this condo again. We had just a few days but I could have easily stayed here for an extended trip. We were within a short walk to the heart of town, which we did every w for dinner. Every amenity we would have needed was made available to us. The place was clean and comfortable and spacious. The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and offered us every courtesy to make our trip more comfortable and relaxing. I’m so happy we found this condo!
