This listing is for the upstairs unit only. The home also has a separate downstairs unit with its own entrance and living space. We also list the full property as an A+B option, which includes both the upstairs and downstairs units together. Please note: Unit A does not currently include a washer and dryer.



Guests have private access to the entire upstairs Unit A and the private backyard deck designated for Unit A, including the hot tub and propane firepit.



The downstairs unit is separate and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. There are no shared indoor spaces. Please only access the upstairs unit and outdoor areas designated for Unit A.



The EV charger and parking are shared amenities. Parking and entry details will be sent before check-in.



We give guests privacy during their stay, but we are always available through the Airbnb app if anything comes up or if you need recommendations, help with check-in, or anything around the home.



This is the upstairs unit of a two-unit property. The downstairs unit is separate and may be booked by other guests, so you may occasionally hear normal household noise from below.



Unit A includes a private backyard deck with a hot tub and propane firepit. EV charging and parking are shared amenities and are available first come, first served unless otherwise arranged.
