Enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows, a chef’s kitchen, private patios, and a serene primary suite. Fast Wi-Fi, driveway parking, central air conditioning + heat, and in-unit laundry included. Close to parks, Meadowbrook Pond, Northgate, and U-Village.

**Home Layout**
- Fenced backyard area with dining and lounge furniture.
- Gorgeously landscaped front yard and driveway for off street parking for three vehicles.
- Garage/game room with ping pong table and Pacman arcade game. Parking for one vehicle on the right side.
- Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for entertaining.
- Dining with plenty of light and seating to enjoy group meals for 6. The table can be extended to seat 8 with extra chairs in the garage.
- Living room with designer furniture, fireplace, Smart TV preinstalled with streaming apps, board games, and reading nook.
- Primary bedroom with King size bed, large walk-in closet, private access to back patio, and en suite bathroom.
- Guest bedroom with Queen size bed.
- Guest bedroom with Queen size bed.
- Guest bedroom with twin size bunkbed.
Guest access
You will have full access to the home except for one locked off storage closet.
Other things to note
The living room fireplace is not functional.
For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $180. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each. For stays longer than 30 days, we will require three mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each.
Our home is designed to be family-friendly, with children's toys and amenities. Please keep this in mind when booking.
The home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood with wonderful, respectful neighbors. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors, as the neighbors are sensitive to loud groups and will notify us if things get too noisy. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
We have regularly scheduled pest control and landscapers. You may see them during your stay, we will try our best to give you a heads up but that is not always possible.
**Trash & Recycling Expectations**
By booking our property, we will ask you to help us with trash, recycling, and compost collection.
What to do:
- Thursday night – Please roll the bins out to the curb
- Friday after pickup – Bring the bins back in
- Recycling goes into blue bin
- Trash goes into black bin
- No mixing of trash and recycling, otherwise you may be fined.
