House is well stocked with kitchen necessities.

Both bedrooms have quiet AC units that keep the rooms cool even on the hottest days. The mattresses and luxury style pillows are a guest favorite!

The space
DO NOT BOOK if you have any problems going up or down stairs. The stairs are steep. The house is 105 years old and the upstairs was an attic that was turned into two rooms many decades ago.

Other things to note
Trash gets picked up on Tuesdays. Please set out monday night as they get there early.

There is a driveway to the right of the house you may use at anytime. It is uphill so watch your front bumper as lower cars may catch the pavement.

Make sure to use The Roku Guest Mode on all TVs.

Outdoor cameras at the front and back door.

This small house has a central furnace so it will seem loud in the winter time. It is loudest downstairs in the living room. It will be 5 degrees warmer upstairs than downstairs which is pretty typical in older homes. (Built in 1920) Make sure the vent upstairs is closed also or itll be a whole 10 degrees warmer.

This house is 925 square feet. Please keep in mind this is basically an above average sized tiny home and space is limited.

Backyard is usually set up by May 15th when the warm weather arrives. 4 chairs and a small firepit. Nothing besides a lighter (lighter is with the silverware) is provided for the firepit.
