Beautiful open spacious house. Host was very responsive. Expectations of us were just to enjoy our time. Beautiful decor that was in good shape. Nice deck and yard out back.

Great floor plan and wonderful rear yard deck area. Family room with large tv away from bedrooms with 1/2 bath nearby. Shopping and dining very close. Will use this location again!!!

House is beautiful, very spacious and clean. We did have some issues with the door lock took a little bit to get in contact with the host but once I texted we found out the messages through VBRO he wasn't getting them. He reset the lock and everything was perfect.. I would definitely stay there again!!

Large open spaces, comfortable beds. Refrigerator doors did not close properly, so was not very cold. Understood that the water was not hooked up to water: no ice. Ice cube trays would have been nice. The kitchen could have used more items, such as: small plates, silverware, wine opener. Luckily, we did not have to cook a meal, otherwise, we would have had the goldilocks experience, too large or too small, not just right. Bedrooms were clean and sparse, no bedside tables or lamps. Great location, in a quiet neighborhood. Worked well for our traveling group to Yellow Springs.

This property has a lot of potential, nice house, great neighborhood. However, it needs some thoughtful attention. We hope the owner heeds this review as noted there was one a couple months prior that relayed some similar comments and apparently not felt important.This is a 4 bedroom home. Two of the bedrooms had nothing but a bed and ceiling recessed light in them. No tables. One of these rooms had no closet rod for clothes but has a few hangers. The beds had no pillow cases but only shams which most guests do not want to sleep on. One bathroom had no waste basket. The refrigerator was leaking when we arrived. Owner was called and did come a bit of distance to check it. It also did not keep food very cold but we were willing to have him shut off water to frig front and ice maker. The refrigerator needs work or replaced. The above concerns were all noted in someones June review. One of the dining room chairs was not solid and will obviously break soon. The outdoor area did not have enough chairs at table. This was advertised as could sleep 12 but not enough seating in any room for 7 without taking furniture from other rooms. It would be nice to have an information folder but none there. No cards or games could be found either. We loved Yellow Springs and found the area to be beautiful. With some attention this home could do well. Weed some outside, add that hot tub too and read this review for what people are looking for. Oh yes, stock that kitchen and get a toaster.

Giving 3 stars was so difficult. Here's why: Omar was highly responsive to any requests, which we greatly appreciated. The location is fabulous. It's in a quiet neighborhood, right next to Dayton Yellowsprings Rd. There are restaurants and shopping close to 675. The beds were comfortable. The house was minimally, but tastefully decorated. Now, the downside. All of the issues should have been identified and addressed prior to renting out the home. But, as I said, Omar was quick to respond and addressed most of the issues for our week long stay. The refrigerator needed a part to make sure it closed. Omar made sure to order that right away. The kitchen was not fully stocked with essentials. Omar ordered what was needed and that came that day and the next. The low for a couple of nights was 38. There were no additional blankets, with only a thin duvet cover. We had to buy blankets.There was no instructional/informational book, so we didn't know how to use the thermostat until trying several attempts to figure it out. There were necessary repairs that needed to be done-non working outlet in the hall bathroom, bathroom exhaust fans not covered.There were deodorizers used to mask odors that began appearing after a couple of days. The deodorizers were so strong, some family members had reactions to them. If all of these issues were addressed and repairs completed, I would highly recommend this home! I visit Dayton often & would love to rent this home, again.

Great location

Very central location to go to Lavender Fields, Youngs Dairy & Bradeberry Winery. The home was very clean and spacious. Bedstands in every room would be great! Looks like a little construction is still going on? Overall great house. I'd stay again.

Sparsely Furnished

The bedrooms are sparsely furnished with one having only a bed (no side table/lamp and not one single plug). The beds did not have pillow cases - the pillows had bedspread shams on them and the beds had only a sheet and coverlet - no blankets. The refrigerator door would not close properly so the drinks were not cold. The icemaker and water dispenser did not work.

Overall it allowed a nice place to gather with the family. Not enough towels, However host sent us some brand new ones which we needed to laaunder. Beds were very comfortable There were many stairs which was a bit of an issue for toddlers. The lawn needed mowing. Again it was a good place to gather.

Worked perfectly!

Omar was extremely helpful and communicated very well. Every time I had a question, he responded within minutes. House was in a nice neighborhood and close to everything we needed and/or wanted. The deck was nice to hang out on when the weather was nice. Thanks again!
