Nestled on 10 private acres, Kingfisher Cabin overlooks a large, tranquil pond and is situated about 200 feet from the nearest cabin—offering the perfect balance of secluded privacy and natural connection. The rest of the acreage is a shared outdoor paradise, featuring private hiking trails, a rushing creek, a hammock grove, a horseshoe pit, a communal bonfire area, a tire swing, and endless mountain beauty to explore.

The Cabin

Kingfisher Cabin comfortably accommodates families and groups with a spacious layout layout spread across multiple levels:

• Bedroom 1: Master suite with a queen bed and private bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Second master suite with a queen bed and private bathroom
• Bedroom 3: Guest room with a daybed (full-size mattress + twin trundle)
• Extra Sleeping: Sleeper sofa in the downstair living area
• Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms total (no fighting for space in the morning!)
• Game Room: Fully equipped with foosball and air hockey for rainy days or family tournaments

Step outside onto your expansive private deck to enjoy a meal on the gas grill or unwind in your own private 5-person hot tub after a day of adventure.

Access to the property includes a scenic 1½-mile gravel road. It is well-maintained and typically suitable for standard two-wheel-drive vehicles, except during rare periods of winter snow and ice.
