Pet fee: $50 per dog

Please keep dogs supervised, clean up after them, and do not leave pets unattended unless they are safely crated.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the cabin, deck, fire pit area, parking area, washer/dryer, and outdoor creekside setting.

Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the deck.
No parties or large gatherings.
Maximum occupancy is 3 guests.
Approved dogs only. Pet fee is $50 per dog.
Guests must follow all fire pit and fireplace safety rules.
Do not leave food, trash, or pet waste outside.

For security purposes, guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID prior to receiving check-in instructions.

Deposit Policy

A 50% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and must be paid within 24 hours of the reservation to secure your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: 14 days or more before arrival.
50% Refund: 8–14 days before arrival.
No Refund: 1–7 days before arrival, with exceptions for documented medical emergencies.
