The Space

Step inside to find a beautifully updated and sparkling clean space. The condo is fully equipped with brand new appliances, a king size bed, soaker tub with spa shower system, and every amenity you could want to ensure a seamless stay. All bed linens are washed after each guest, including the top quilt. After a long day of adventure, cook up a meal, relax in style, or step out onto the patio into our adjustable-back patio chairs to enjoy the fresh air and tree-lined views. Free washer and dryer use, laundry pods for your convenience are in the condo.

Holiday Valley Activities

Less than 5 minutes drive or short hike to the Resort buildings, there is never a shortage of activities and events! Depending on the season, you can enjoy:

Winter: Skiing and snowboarding with slope-side convenience.

Summer: Golfing, mountain biking, hiking, and adventure courses, along with water sports such as paddle-boarding, swimming, and kayaking at Spruce Lake. Challenge yourself on Holiday Valleys aerial ropes obstacle course. The pool at Tamarack sells day passes.

Other Fun: Ride the mountain coaster year-round, operated by Holiday Valley resort.

Hiking and Biking
Hit the enchanted forest right out the back door of the condo or take a short car ride up the mountain to an extensive network of trails for hiking and mountain biking. You can bike to Holimont lift-assisted bike park, or deeper into the enchanted forest via nearby Eagle Forest Road, or drive a little further to Mutton Hollow road for all major trail connections to McCarty Hill State Forest and the North Country Trail.

Resort/Village
For walking/hiking to the resort, there is a trail at the dead end to the right of the condo that leads down Sunrise Hill to access Holiday Valley Hotel, Pour Taproom, the Tamarack Lodge Spa and Restaurant (Ednas), and the Main Lodge in you keep walking. You can also use that shortcut to cut off time walk to the Village of Ellicottville, it’s approximately a mile this way. Otherwise, it’s about a 5 minute drive.

Potentially optional shuttle: If you are attending a wedding or event, check if they have arranged a shuttle. In the winter the shuttle runs 8 am to 10 pm and can be arranged for use by calling. It visits most condominium units and the Holiday Valley Resort. In winter, the shuttle runs continuously around Holiday Valley and the condominiums.
