The expansive sunroom with large dining table overlooks the sound and wetlands. A private office space provides a quiet retreat and includes a twin bed for additional sleeping accommodations.

• Quiet Hours: Mandatory designated quiet periods between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, to respect neighbors.

• Registered Guests Only: Occupancy limited to the number of approved guests on the booking.

• Smoking Policy: No smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes indoors.

• Parking: Do not park vehicles on the front lawn.

• Bulkhead: Do not tie-up any motorized vessels to the bulkhead.

• Boat Ramp: Boat ramp near the garage is NOT located on the property. Please do not trespass.
