Outside, the beautifully landscaped backyard is designed for relaxation, featuring a 200-square foot heated gunite pool with elegant Italian marble coping, generous lawn space, and inviting areas for outdoor dining and lounging. Nestled within Sag Harbor's exclusive Azurest community, guests get the perfect balance of privacy, coastal beauty, and village charm. Spend mornings strolling to the private bay beach, afternoons exploring Sag Harbor Village's boutiques, cafés, art galleries, and waterfront restaurants, and evenings enjoying sunsets over the bay. Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Please note that weekly mid-stay cleans are required. Cleaning during your stay can be arranged upon request with our partner for an additional $200 fee. Cleaning costs will be paid to them directly.



Security deposit



A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
