The property was perfect. We loved it. We went at the end of Sept and used the heated pool. The young adults loved it. The yard had great gathering areas and the music, speaker system was such a nice plus. Was equipped with everything you needed. All pots and kitchen ware were spotless. We loved the bikes also to take a ride. The hosts were very helpful and quick to help us with any questions or concerns.The workout room would have been complete if it had some cardio equipment, but it was nice just to have some workout stuff. A lovely property

This property is wonderful! Everything was so clean and very nicely decorated. It's well equipped with everything needed for a stay. There was lots of room so multiple families have their own space. Lauren was an excellent host, super communicative and gave some wonderful recommendations. We especially loved the pool. The chaise lounges and gazebo made hanging out there very comfortable. We can't to come back for another stay!

Everything was perfect

This house is absolutely beautiful! Even better than the listing photos. It’s spacious, extremely clean, and close to everything in the town of Greenport. Beautiful home in a great location

The house was beautiful and very well located (5 minute drive to downtown greenport). There was a lot of space for us all (5 friends over 40) we each had our own bedroom plus room to lounge and catch up over meals or a glass of wine or to play games. There were also many nice touches that really made it an above and beyond positive experience. Lauren was responsive and easy to communicate with. We all left wanting to make plans to come back!

Amazing home in a beautiful location

We loved this place and it is even more spacious than described. We also love the area and have stayed in a nearby hotel several times but this time came with friends and had 3 toddlers with us The house was spotless and furnished gorgeously. The host was super nice and responsive and prefers to communicate outside of the app, which was just a little hard for me to keep track of.

Perfect stay for our family!

We spent a long weekend at the property to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom. The house was a great setup for our group, including a range of adults and children, and gave us plenty of space to spend great time together and have room to relax. Lauren was beyond accessible and gave us great tips for the area and clear instructions for everything in the house. We had such a lovely time together and this was the perfect place for our group!

The house was perfect! Fully stocked, super clean and comfortable. The location is near everything (Greenport village, vineyards, etc). The host was very responsive with any questions. I will definitely stay here again in the future! Our whole group ages 4-75 loved the house.

Amazing stay, highly recommend!

Ten of my closest friends and I rented this house for a long weekend to celebrate my upcoming nuptials! The host was so friendly and communicative throughout the booking process and even left me a congratulations cards upon my arrival. The house hosted the 11 of us perfectly and offered plenty of space on both floors for privacy and group common areas. The kitchen was well stocked and provided plenty of plates and cutlery for meals (not always the case when renting large houses). The location was perfect for us to take short Ubers to wineries or head into Greenport for meals and nightlife. All around it was an exceptional experience and I would highly recommend this stay for any large group!

5 sister getaway

5 sisters rented this lovely home for a long weekend of good food, laughter, outstanding home and gorgeous weather! The house is a five star winner! We all had our own bedrooms, tons of outdoor space, kitchen was great, bathrooms all upgraded. Just terrific! Can’t recommend this enough. The location to wineries, Greenport, Shelter Island ,Southold and Orient point ferry were super. Our hostess was always a text away if we had any questions! Give it a try for a A big family get away, you won't be disappointed!

Highlight is the pool patio area

The house is in good condition with spacious common areas and a great backyard and pool/patio area… though it shows some signs of wear from steady rentals. Good WiFi and Firestick TVs in every room, and a great sound system with pro speakers throughout. The owner was very responsive to our requests and kindly provided Beach access passes for our cars. The most obvious downside is the built out basement with two bedrooms and bath that have no air.conditioning. That wasn’t obvious to us in the online description. The entire level has a so-called anti-humidity system but temps hovered at around 76* in the heat of July. Our family did however enjoy our stay very much.
