This is elevated beach living: a fully remodeled, West Facing high-end corner condo with 50 feet of wall-to-wall glass framing panoramic Gulf and pier views. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1,405 square feet, sleeps 8. Watch the sunset paint the sky every evening from your private wrap-around balcony, then wake up to dolphins cruising the shoreline below.



Inside, every detail was considered. High-end, Pottery Barn-style furniture and finishes throughout, nothing about this feels like a rental. The custom-built bunk room, with power nooks, USB charging, and shiplap walls, works just as well for kids and teens as it does for adults who just want a great night's sleep. Whoever ends up in that room won't want to leave it.



Here's what sets Aquavista Golden Hour apart: we've thought of everything before you even arrive.



Free grocery concierge service, in partnership with Coastal Vibes Concierge. Send them your list ahead of time and they'll have your fridge and cupboards stocked before you walk in the door, you only pay for the groceries!! (Publix, Walmart or Target).



Free VIP beach service. Skip the chair-hauling, two loungers and an umbrella are set up for you on the beach every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM by Aquatic Paradise, available seasonally from March 15 through October 31.



Never pack the extras. Eight Turkish beach towels are provided for the beach, plus plush bath towels for the unit, along with SoapBox Sea Minerals & Blue Iris shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, clean ingredients with no harsh chemicals, sulfates, parabens, or silicones, and a bar of soap donated to someone in need with every purchase (SoapBox has given over 50 million bars to date). Dishwasher pods, Tide laundry pods, and dryer sheets are stocked too. Pack light, we've got the rest covered.



Traveling with a little one? We've thought of that too. A Pack 'n Play with beachy-fun fitted sheets is ready to go, along with a booster seat and kid-safe dishes made from non-plastic wheat composite, so you can leave the diaper bag a little lighter.



Your first morning is on us. Wake up to a fully stocked coffee bar, pods, Maxwell House coffee pouches, sugar, sweetener, and creamer, so your trip starts right, not with a coffee run.



Beyond the unit, Aquavista is a quiet, low-density building, just 84 units total across 7 floors. That means no standing around waiting on a packed elevator, a common frustration in PCB's bigger high-rise towers, you'll have quick access up and down every time. It also means you're not fighting a crowd for beach space, fewer units sharing the same stretch of sand. The building has a pool, hot tub, and a beach volleyball court, and you're just 5 minutes from Pier Park, 10 from Rosemary Beach and 30A, and 15 from the airport.



This is elevated beach living, the way it should be.

Sleeping arrangements (sleeps 8):



The primary suite has a king bed with a private sliding door straight onto the balcony, an en-suite bath, Walk in Closet and USB/USB-C charging lamps at each nightstand.



The second suite has a queen bed, Shiplap accents, also with USB/USB-C charging lamps at each nightstand.



The bunk room is custom-built with two full beds and a twin, power nooks, USB charging, and shiplap walls.



Amenities: Every bedroom has its own 55-inch Smart TV with streaming apps and Dish Satellite. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a brand-new LG stackable washer and dryer is in-unit, along with an ironing board and hair dryers. High-speed WiFi throughout.



Your first vehicle parks free, simply register on the Aquavista HOA website and print your parking pass before you arrive. A second vehicle can be added through the same site, and only one vehicle is permitted onsite July 1 through July 10. The building itself is quiet and low-density, with a shared pool and hot tub.



Good to know: Check-in is 3:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM.

Quiet hours run 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and the pool is open 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM (no glass or food in the pool area).



Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, designated outdoor smoking areas are available in the parking garage.



Three-night minimum stay, no pets, and the primary guest booking must be 25 or older.



Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
