The Space
Ellie Blue is a private mountain home designed for wellness, comfort, and time together. Guests have exclusive use of the entire home and outdoor spaces:
•3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms
•Open kitchen, dining & living area
•Main-level covered deck with outdoor fireplace & dining
•Lower wellness deck with hot tub, bed swing, workout area & lounge seating
•Private outdoor sauna + cold plunge
•Custom firepit area
•Private cinema (100" screen, immersive sound, 6 reclining seats, popcorn machine, movie mural)
•Washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, yoga mats & hand weights

Sleeping Arrangements
•Main level: King bed + private ensuite
•Downstairs: King bed (full bath nearby)
•Third bedroom: Queen + twin-over-twin bunk
•Maximum occupancy is 8 guests at all times (including children and daytime visitors) per county ordinance.•

Wellness Amenities
Enjoy a private Nordic-style cycle: sauna → cold plunge → hot tub.
Please shower before using the hot tub or cold plunge. Use all amenities responsibly and follow posted instructions. Children must be closely supervised around the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, firepit, and decks.

Pets
We love dogs (we have 2 mini bernedoodles ourselves!) and yours are more than welcome at Ellie Blue -2 dog max. The cabin and furnishings are brand new so we appreciate dogs staying off of furniture & not being left alone at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times outside.

Outdoor Spaces & Conditions
Natural wooded setting — expect insects, wildlife, pollen, uneven ground, and wet/slippery surfaces (especially after rain, frost, or hot-tub/cold-plunge use). Use handrails and appropriate footwear.

Fires only in the designated firepit/fireplace; may be restricted during burn bans.

Parking & Access
Park only in the designated area. Do not park on roads, grass, or neighboring property. Mountain roads can be steep, narrow, and affected by weather. Check conditions and use a suitable vehicle in winter.

Neighborhood & Quiet Hours
Peaceful mountain community. Observe quiet hours, keep outdoor volume considerate. No parties, events, or unregistered visitors.

Wi-Fi & Cell Service
Wi-Fi is provided but can be affected by weather, terrain, or outages. Cell service varies by carrier.

Security Cameras
Exterior cameras only (recording for safety/property protection). No cameras inside the home or private areas.

Guest Access
Full private access to the cabin, both decks, wellness areas, theater, and outdoor spaces. Locked owner/housekeeping/utility closets are off-limits.

Other Things to Note
•Primary booking guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay.
•Sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, and fitness equipment are for adult use at guests’ own risk.
Guests will review and sign a rental agreement after booking.
