The living room is your gathering hub, with a 46-inch TV that pulls in digital cable and streaming. All four TVs in the home offer streaming, so everyone in the group can settle into their own corner of the townhome with their favorite shows. When you want to get out of the house, the community courts and pool give everyone plenty to do.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is outfitted for real cooking - not just reheating. You have a full range of cookware including a stockpot, saucepan, roasting pan, and frying pan, plus a knife block, mixing bowls, and all the prep tools you'd expect. Dinnerware and glassware are stocked per guest, and there's even a kids' eating and drink set for the little ones. A dishwasher keeps cleanup easy, and a coffee maker gets the mornings started right.



Technology



Four TVs are spread across the townhome - a 46-inch in the living room with cable and streaming, and three 32-inch smart TVs in each bedroom. All support streaming platforms, and the router and modem are located on the fireplace mantle.

An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your stay - great for longer trips or ski-week visits when gear needs refreshing.

Community Amenities



The Village at Camelback HOA offers some genuinely impressive shared amenities. Head over to 601 Camelback Rd. - just a short drive from the unit - and you'll find the HOA building with a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a fitness center. Hours vary by day: Monday through Thursday 3 PM to 7 PM, Friday 2 PM to 7 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 11 AM to 7 PM. All guests must be registered to use the facilities. Tennis and basketball courts are also available near the front gate of the community, close to the overflow parking area.



HOA REQUIREMENT

Important: Completion of the Check-in Form is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. The information is required to process the property's HOA registration, which must be completed before arrival and is a condition of staying at the property.

If the required information is not submitted by the stated deadline, we may be unable to complete the mandatory HOA registration. As a result, check-in may not be possible, and the reservation may need to be canceled. Any cancellation and applicable refund will be handled in accordance with Airbnb's cancellation policy and the listing's terms.



Guest Access:

The community is gated, giving you a sense of security and privacy from the moment you arrive. Parking is available for two cars in the parking area in front of the unit, with an overflow lot at the front of the community for additional vehicles. The roads are paved but steep and narrow - plan accordingly when loading and unloading gear. Your host is available to assist as needed throughout your stay.

The roads are steep and narrow - take it slow on arrival, especially in winter conditions.

The layout spans three levels with multiple stair sections. Guests with mobility concerns should be aware before booking.

There is one awkward step in the first-level hallway - watch your footing.

All guests must be registered with the HOA. If you arrive before 5 PM, please stop at the HOA office at 601 Camelback Rd. to get your parking pass. After 5 PM, the security guard at Gate B will provide parking passes.
