I should have taken some of the recent poor reviews more seriously. I'm pretty easy to please but, outside of being in a convenient location it was pretty poor. Not clean and really not maintained well.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this condo. Initially there was no communication regarding check in procedures or even what unit we were in. Once I reached out, they did get back to me pretty quickly. On 2 different occasions, a neighbor knocked aggressively on the door. I didn’t answer the first day because I was alone in the condo. The 2nd day I made my husband answer and he made us move our car even though it clearly stated we could park in any of the spots out front. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets, dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher with no detergent, and trash was left under the beds. Much needed repairs are needed. Back bedroom with floral comfortable had no sheet and all of the comforters are in dire need to be cleaned.
Mentioned extra sheets but only these dirty pillows are available.

You would not think that as bad as it looked outside that it was so nice inside. The showers need work, get the right size trash bags for trash can in kitchen, and clean and paint pirch entrance to unit. It does not deel like condo living but apartment living because it is an apartment community.

The place was very dirty. Couch needs cleaned. Walls and cabinets and baseboards need to be cleaned. Neither shower worked. We had to use the tub stooping in the tub with limited water pressure to try to get clean. Cobwebs and very dusty. No washcloths in the one bathroom. No top sheet on the bed. No extra blankets or towels. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Contacted the person on the contact info and want some kind of refund and he keeps telling me he text the owner and hasn’t heard anything from him. A/c and heat worked. Kitchen cabinets were falling apart.

Great condo

My wife and I took a trip up here and chose this listing because it was cheaper than a hotel room at the casino and it was a whole condo. Not just a room. Just made sense. The condo was clean, was easy to find, and in a central location to a lot of different activities. Plenty of places to go to eat near by and go shopping. Only complaints we have are sometimes you could hear the neighbors. But not often. And the beds were soso. Not great. But we’ve had worse. All and all it was a great stay and worth the money.

The house was nice however the heat did not work my entire stay we didn't even stay the whole weekend i contact the owner several times and got no call back the weather was in the low twenties for me to pay almost 700 dollars it was not worth it poor hospitably I will not recommend this house.

We got there at 7pm and the place was not ready. Check in was to be available after 3. The heat does not work well. The smoke detectors are not in the wall properly or have battery back up. The front door handle barely locks and is very wiggly. The decor in the place looks like it was just thrown together.

Run away from this property and its manager. This place is the pits.

This house is not clean, despite the fact that we paid a cleaning fee. There were bottles under the beds, open cookies in the drawers of the nightstands, and copious amounts of hair (all parts of the body, if you can use your imagination) all over the house and especially in the bathroom. Neither shower was usable. In the "master," if you want to call that barely able-to-walk-in space a master the diverter didn't work and the water didn't come out of the shower and it couldn't be made into a tub. In the other bathroom, there was a thick layer of slippery mold. We could not shower all weekend and left early. I called the host, who tried to blame the master shower on a "local water main break," but water worked everywhere, so that was a lie. They told us to take it up with VRBO. This place is filthy. Don't rent it. We contacted VRBO and they didn't help either. Thanks for ruining what could have been a fun, family weekend.

Good location, some unexpected problems

PROS: - Great location: 20 mins from Camelback, 15 mins from Outlets, 10 mins from Great Wolf & Kalahari. Close to grocery stores & restaurants. Easy to find & access. - Easy check-in - Condo interior was very clean and well maintained - Very tastefully decorated - Spacious for a condo with lofted ceilings on the 2nd floor - Kitchen well stocked with utensils & materials - Bedrooms were very comfortable - All BR's and Living Room equipped with flat screen cable TVs - Ample closet space for 4 people CONS: - The condo complex is in questionable condition. There was considerable garbage piled outside the condo, and several other condos had exterior damage. - The 1st floor condo underneath the rental is undergoing reno's, so there was considerable construction noise throughout our stay. Machines were running until 9pm on both Fri & Sat evenings. When we called the owner to discuss the noise, we received no response. - Within the condo itself, the heat didn't work in the rear bedrooms the first 2 nights of our stay. As a result, all four members of our family had to sleep in the front bedroom to stay warm. The heat did eventually kick in the final 2 nights & was sufficient. - There was no wifi network or password provided in the condo welcome packet...as was advertised. When we contacted the owner for help, we received no response & had no internet throughout our stay. - The kitchen had several DIY errors...dishwasher door broken, microwave broken (secondary microwave was available), several cabinets not functional. But the space was still sufficient for our needs. Overall, a decent place for the price considering it was a popular holiday weekend in the Poconos. However, we've stayed at many VRBO locations throughout the country and this would rank near the bottom of our list. There are a few simple issues to correct inside the property, but the condo complex is in need of some help as a whole.

Our owners try their best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like construction or the condition of other properties are simply out of our control. Additionally, our records indicate that the owner did reach out prior to your stay to let you know about the renovations downstairs. We apologize for the lack of Wifi information - it is usually located in the welcome book on a sheet on paper which may have been misplaced for your stay. The owners are currently replacing the microwave and will look into the dishwasher's functionality. Regarding communication, the owner wishes you would have reached out via text or email as well to address the concerns about the heating, Wifi, and noise since they have no record of contact from you during your stay. The house was very nice, but was not properly cleaned. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean myself to make it comfortable for my family. Dishes were dirty, no bathroom soap or dish washing liquid. I also had to go buy portable heaters to keep warm. Lights went out twice and we had to wait for someone to come and turn them back on. They were very nice about it but it was a big inconvenience. Partial refund requested!

Beautiful apartment very clean and the location was great

We stay 4 nights at this condo the place on a thanksgiving weekend was great so is the location but can do with a couple updates the oven was not given enough heat / but the kitchen was great / the had great pots and pans the living room very big and spacious /all the Bedroom had carpet hard wood floors would look great and make the rooms looks bigger/ the blinds in the room need more the sunlight was coming in and wake us up very early lol / the night stand and headboard do not match and need a small lamp and tv in each room would be better on the walls instead of a tv stand that blocking the walk way the apartment below is very loud they start talking from 4 am besides these tiny stuff which is a quick fix I would definitely stay with my family here again because everything is closed by for kids and adults restaurants/bar /shopping centers / water parks/ ect

Absolutely worst vrbo stay EVER!!!!

This place has roaches and spiders from every angle outside and inside the home. The neighborhood is very in need of repairs and clean up. Photos online are deceiving for what you may arrive to. I called the assigned contact William numerous times no response I sent emails no response do not stay at this location . In addition to that the final straw was 2 nights of no hot water or good water pressure I was completely ashamed to had my mother staying in a vacation home of this manner we ended up leaving and having to stay in a hotel just so we could get a good shower. And I still have not heard from anyone that represents this property. I can go on for days on the dissatisfaction of this stay but I just want a refund for enduring this horrible weekend for my birthday.

Overall very great stay

Better than expected, everything was neat and clean, and very comfortable. Condo is directly above a family with children, would not recommend for people who intend to be loud late at night. Neighbors immediately complained within 2 hours of arrival. Overall, great stay.

Was a great trip we had a lot of fun things to do close to the townhouse

Well we liked the space however the added fees were very high and the 5 nights nobody came to clean or change our towels or sheets. One day one bed was made out of 3 others nothing was done yet we paid a large fee for cleaning however the place was nice , only one smart Tv out of 4 and it was in a bedroom so that was not good for our family fun and the exterior was run down old and unkept. We did still have a good time and enjoyed our time there

Beautiful apartment!

Very large, wasn’t sure what to expect with the Poconos but it was very nicely kept and updated. Nice little touches like welcome chocolates and water bottles.
