This two-story retreat is designed to host up to 14 guests with ease, offering four spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and thoughtful details throughout.

A newly tiled walk-in shower and soaking tub bring a spa-like touch to your daily routine. The kitchen is fully stocked for home-cooked meals or easy mornings around the coffee station, while the oversized dining table seats 12 for lingering meals or board game nights.

The converted garage is a guest favorite, transformed into a game room with A/C and heat—featuring a pool table, Big Buck Hunter arcade, board games, and a workspace. Outdoors, unwind in the private hot tub, fire up the gas grill, or shoot hoops before sunset.

Linwood is walking distance to coffee, restaurants, schools, and parks—and just a short drive to Grand Park, the Monon Trail, and all things Westfield. Whether you`re here for a tournament, reunion, or a relaxing getaway, this home blends comfort and convenience in all the right ways.

Guests have full access to the entire home and property during their stay. This includes:

There are no shared spaces—guests enjoy complete privacy throughout the home.

We give guests plenty of privacy but are always available if you need anything. The best way to reach us is through the Airbnb app—we monitor messages closely and respond promptly to ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable.

1st Floor
• Bedroom 1: King bed + twin rollaway bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed with private en-suite bath (walk-in shower)

2nd Floor
• Bedroom 3: Two full beds
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed + twin-over-full bunk bed
• NO smoking inside the house or garage.
• NO use of firearms or fireworks on the premises.
• NO underage drinking of alcohol or use illegal drugs allowed.
• All damage will be considered intentional/reckless if not reported via email/messenger or phone.
• No pets on the furniture please. Please make sure to clean up after your pets.
• A determination will be made as to whether any damage was intentional/reckless or accidental. Guests will accept responsibility for any non-accidental issues and will be charged for compensation.
• Anyone under age 25 must be accompanied by someone age 25+ at all times.
• You are limited to the number of guests on the reservation. With prior approval from the owners, additional guests may be added. If number of guests are misrepresented, guests will be required to vacate the premises immediately without a refund. (2x nightly rate per unaccounted person/animal)
• Unless receiving prior approval, check-in is 4:00pm, and check-out is 10:00am to allow for cleaning, maintenance, and other bookings.
