Ocean View, Pet-Friendly 1-Bedroom Family Suite - Pool and Hot Tub!

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

We've named this unit "Shark Wahlberg" because it's your invitation to the perfect getaway. With an ocean view from the third floor, this one-bedroom sleeps up to six guests with two queen beds in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. The dining room table doubles as both a comfortable place to eat as well as the perfect spot to host family game night.



Stay warm inside by the fireplace watching your favorite shows or take a step out onto the balcony and soak in the fresh ocean breeze. There's also one full bathroom in this unit with a tub and shower, hair dryer, and toiletries.



This unit allows pets, so they can be part of the trip. A standard pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
