Family Suite For 6 - Pool and Hot Tub Access!

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

We've named Unit 205 "Suite and Salty" because the only thing sweeter than the suite is the salty ocean breeze. This family suite sleeps up to six guests with two queen beds in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room space. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a full fridge for your groceries (and/or leftovers), a microwave, a stovetop and oven, as well as a coffee pot and included coffee.



After a day on the beach, relax by the fireplace or step out onto the balcony and take in the fresh ocean air while you kick back and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Or stay inside if it's rainy and make full use of the included board games with your family and friends.



The unit features one full bathroom and is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, stress-free stay. There's a hair dryer, as well as toiletries included for your convenience.



Pets are welcome in this unit, so your four-legged family members can join the vacation, too. A standard pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
