Pet Friendly Suite with Kitchen - Pool & Hot Tub!

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

Welcome to Unit 117, which we've named "Wave Grohl." Whether you're planning to stay for a weekend or Everlong, this one-bedroom suite is ready for your coastal escape. The ground-floor unit comfortably sleeps up to six guests with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The full kitchen includes a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee.



Step onto the patio to enjoy the fresh ocean air, or when the coast is putting on a stormy performance, settle in by the fireplace with your favorite shows and movies. The private bathroom includes a shower, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, so all that's left to lose is your stress.



The unit is pet-friendly, so you're welcome to bring your best furrends along. A standard pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
