The Windsong #5 is located on the second floor  with all the touches and
comforts of home. This unit is under new ownership and has undergone a complete transformation! New
colors and new furnishings create a more appealing and calming environment, and will be welcoming to
guests as they unwind and prepare for their ocean beach adventures. This two bedroom unit offers a
spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, TV, recliner, and plenty of room to stretch out
and relax. The guestroom features a queen size plush memory foam bed and is also very roomy. For the
kids or a couple additional guests there is a brand new queen size hide-a-bed sofa in the living room. The
kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you might need, coffee and tea station,
microwave, and has new stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven! The living room has an
electric fireplace, large flat screen TV with cable, a DVD player (small collection of dvd movies provided),
and some games for a little family fun.

If you are working remotely or just need a place to sit and reflect, a small desk work-station is provided
with pad and pen and a charging station with every type of plug you might need, and hi-speed Wi-Fi. There
is also a washer and dryer inside the unit for convenience. The Windsong #5 is conveniently located near
shops, restaurants, and many family attractions that are all within walking distance.

NO smoking. Note that there is no elevator, but stairs are wide and easy. Dogs OK and encouraged! Daily
boarding, salon, and dog wash are just around the corner, so bring those puppers and have some fun…!!
