The Space:

This Mountain Modern Historic Home in Truckee boasts 6 cozy bedrooms, including 2 King beds, 3 queen beds, 1 full bed. With 4 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials like a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower, guests will feel right at home. The welcoming atmosphere of this property makes it the perfect retreat for your next getaway. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.



The things guests love the most about this home is the LOCATION, CONVENIENCE, GREAT FOR LARGE GROUPS AND DOG FRIENDLY! We are located in Downtown Truckee on Historic Church Street. You can't beat being able to walk to local restaurants and shops. Let's not forget the LOCAL Events like Truckee Thursdays that you won't have to find parking for. At the Church St. House, you will also have the LOCAL Transit called TART Connect that will pick you up at your front door. Finally, if you were wanting to take the train into Truckee, the train station is conveniently steps away in Downtown Truckee. We are also about 5-15 miles to Donner Lake, Tahoe City, Lake Tahoe, Palisades, Alpine and Northstar.

Let the chef come out in you while cooking in the brand new fully equipped kitchen. If you prefer to BBQ, we got you covered in our backyard patio.



If you need to work remotely, we got you covered in the separate office that can be closed off for peace and quiet.



This home is large with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a tub/shower downstairs. The 3 upstairs bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. There is also an option to turn the upstairs bonus room into a separate 1/1 space with its own bed, bath, family room and kitchenette.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, exclusive access to the entire mountain-modern home, including both spacious levels, the private upper-floor bonus suite with its individual kitchenette and living area, two private sun porches, the dedicated office workspace, the backyard patio with a gas grill, and the driveway parking area.

Getting Around:

Enjoy effortless transit during your stay. Ditch your car and walk to nearby attractions, or take advantage of TART Connect, the free local micro-transit service that picks you up right at your front door. The Truckee train station is also just steps away for seamless arrivals. On-site driveway parking is provided for up to four vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Please note there is absolutely no smoking on the premises at all per the town of Truckee and the historic landmark home.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.

House Rules: No smoking, No parties or events, Check-in is anytime after 4PM, 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival, Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing. The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection. Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
