★Other Things To Note★:

*** Please note that a signed rental agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit (hold) of $500 will be required for your stay. It is placed 2 days before arrival and released/refunded after check out as long as the house rules + check out instructions are followed and there is no intentional damage. You will be invited to complete your Rental Agreement and Security Deposit Authorization Form through an outside secure link that will bring you to your guest portal to complete.

*** We welcome young families, however, this cabin is not childproof and please keep in mind that the cabin is in the mountains with decks, staircase, swimming pool, hot-tub, creek access, fireplaces and fire-pit, supervision of children is ALWAYS necessary. Children should NEVER be left unattended without adult supervision inside the cabin or on either the main or lower-level decks.

*** Loft Bedroom 3 (Studio Suite): This suite has its own private entrance, which is accessed through the main cabin. There is an outdoor catwalk to get to that bedroom.

*** Indoor fireplace(s) are seasonal use only October-April. Outdoor gas fireplaces + fire pit available year-round (starter firewood provided)

*** We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the trash bins, with no loose trash.

*** Four-wheel drive is not required to access the property. However, during winter conditions when snow or ice is present, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary. We recommend checking the local weather forecast prior to arrival and planning accordingly.

*** Please be aware of the local wildlife around the cabin, including deer, bears, snakes, bees and insects. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and be cautious when walking in the area.
