Important Property Notes

• Parking: Maximum 4 vehicles may be parked overnight.

• Fireplaces:
Guests must provide their own firewood for both the interior and exterior fireplaces.
The interior fireplace is seasonal.

• Pool:
The pool is seasonal and open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.

• Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
