The main living area is warm and inviting, featuring a spacious living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, TVs, DVD players, and a wet bar. This space provides a perfect setting for relaxation after a day at the beach. Adjacent to the living room, the formal dining room offers a lovely setting for shared meals and special occasions.



The well-equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffeemaker, facilitating easy morning routines with a fresh cup of coffee. The kitchen's convenient layout and modern amenities ensure that meal preparation is straightforward, enhancing the culinary experience.



The beach house boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a luxurious whirlpool tub. Two additional guest bedrooms also have king-size beds and private bathrooms, offering ample space and privacy for all guests. The fourth guest bedroom provides twin beds with a private bathroom, while the fifth bedroom includes a double/twin bed configuration but without a private bathroom.



In addition to the private bathrooms in the bedrooms, there are 4.5 baths in total throughout the house, ensuring convenience and comfort for all occupants. Each bathroom reflects the same attention to detail and beach-themed decor found in the rest of the home.



For entertainment, there’s a stocked book library, board games, and a portable basketball hoop located in the garage. High-speed wireless internet is available throughout, allowing guests to remain connected. The large garage and front porch, furnished with a hammock and rocking chairs, provide additional spaces for relaxation.

The maximum number of vehicles allowed for this property is five, with each vehicle incurring a $20 fee to enter the community. Furthermore, this rental includes a Social Membership, providing access to community pools and dining at the Beach Club with the purchase of a temporary club membership. This membership costs $200 a day plus a $20 activation fee.
