Before You Book: Peak Season & Occupancy Policy

Our rates are based on the total number of guests who will be at the property during your stay—not just those staying overnight. When submitting your request, please include everyone who will be visiting the property so we can provide an accurate quote.

Please note that during our peak season, we require a minimum of 12 guests. However, if your group size is lower than 12 but you have your heart set on the space, please send us an inquiry before booking so we can review your request and see if we can work out a custom arrangement for you!

Layout & Entertainment

The main floor features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining space, and comfortable gathering areas. The layout makes it easy for large groups to cook, eat, relax, and spend time together.

The lower level is where the Party Palace really shines. Guests enjoy a dedicated entertainment zone featuring a pool table, roulette wheel, poker setup, ping pong, beer pong, pop-a-shot basketball, upright piano, Yamaha Clavinova digital piano, smart lighting, and a private theater lounge.

The theater area includes a massive 128-inch motorized projection screen, Epson HD projector, premium sound system, and comfortable seating for movie nights, game days, and late-night hangouts.

Outdoor Space

Step outside and enjoy your private hot tub, outdoor seating area, charcoal grill, and patio space. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Denver or a night out in RiNo.
