Our Cozy Spruce Cabin is a brand new 2026 build, designed with couples in mind. The exterior is stained a rich burgundy that lets the natural grain of the wood come through. Inside, Nordic spruce walls and a warm, plush layout: a deep chaise lounger for two, two beanbag chairs facing floor-to-ceiling windows, and Edison string lights inside and along the walkway. Compact in footprint, but the large covered deck and wall of windows keep it open and bright.

THE SPACE

At 255 square feet, the Cozy Spruce Cabin is compact and cozy. A new queen memory-foam mattress, a plush 5.5-foot chaise lounger that seats two adults or sleeps a child, and two beanbag chairs facing floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, and an in-unit Keurig with coffee pods. The full bathroom has a 3-by-5-foot walk-in shower and a sink. Dishes, pots, pans, and grilling utensils are stocked in the cabin; bring dirty items to the bathhouse cabinet in the provided bin and swap in clean ones while you`re there. We wash everything for you. Smart TV for downtime.

Step outside onto your 205-square-foot covered deck. The cabin sits in an open area on a quieter side of the property, looking out over a newly planted quarter-acre wildflower garden and into mature pines and hardwoods. Planted this season; first blooms expected August 2026, full maturity in 2027. A tall Eastern Hemlock stands about 50 feet off the deck. The deck faces west: shaded in the morning, lit through the afternoon and evening, with sunset views through the trees.

The deck has a round propane fire table (flames rise through glass rocks, surrounded by a flat tabletop), an L-shaped outdoor couch with side table, and a two-person dining table. Edison string lights run inside the cabin and across the deck. Just down the steps, your own propane grill at ground level.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Climate Control: The Cozy Spruce Cabin has a large mini-split heating and cooling system that maintains home-like temperatures year-round. Comfortable in any season.

Woodland Setting: Our cabin sits in the woods, which means occasional insect visitors are part of the experience. You may encounter ladybugs, beetles, the occasional spider, and various flying insects inside. Ants can also find their way in if food or crumbs are left out, so keeping surfaces clean goes a long way. We use natural pest treatments and maintain regular cleaning, but complete bug-free living isn`t possible in a forest setting. If you need a fully sealed indoor environment, our Nordic Spruce Cabin may not be the right fit.

THE PROPERTY

Explore our 18 acres of naturally maintained woods with hiking trails, a peaceful pond (say hello to our friendly Muscovy ducks!), two creeks, and quiet spots perfect for reading, photography, painting, meditation, writing your next hit song, or simply relaxing. A creekside meadow surrounded by tall grasses, thousands of ferns, and delicate Lady Slippers makes a great spot for a picnic or some quiet time. You`ll likely see whitetail deer and wild turkeys wandering through, especially at sunrise and sunset.

Our quirky flock of ducks and chickens roam the property freely, keeping mosquitoes and ticks naturally low. Seriously, it`s amazing how few mosquitoes you`ll encounter, considering we`re in the Tennessee woods!

The trade-off is some periodic noise from our hens and roosters. We keep the chickens contained in the Coop until 8:00 AM. After 8:00 AM, you will hear periodic crowing, and the hens may perform their `egg song` after laying an egg, because
