Welcome to The Manchester Retreat! An Interior designed Spanish retreat near SoFi Stadium, Kia Forum, Intuit Dome, LAX, USC, DTLA and Silicon Beach. This charming home blends vintage character with modern comfort, featuring sunlit interiors, Spanish arches, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, and rec room with flexible sleeping space. Unwind in the spacious backyard with a BBQ grill, firepit, outdoor dining and seating, cornhole, giant Jenga, lemon tree, and easy unrestricted street parking.

The home is set up for guests who want both comfort and flexibility.

Inside, there are two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living room with TV and pull-out sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a breakfast nook, a large communal dining table and a converted garage rec room with vaulted ceiling, skylight, TV, vanity, dresser and flexible sleeping setup.

The primary bedroom sleeps two and includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, dresser and direct backyard access.

The second bedroom is a twin room that sleeps two and includes two twin beds, a walk-in closet and dresser.

The living room includes a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two guests. There is also an L-shaped sofa.

The converted rec room includes a queen bed and additional sleeping setup, sleeps up to four guests and also functions as a second lounge, game room, getting-ready room, workspace or extra area to spread out.

The backyard adds another layer to the stay, with a propane BBQ grill, outdoor bench seating, propane firepit, cornhole, giant Jenga, lemon tree and space to enjoy the evening.

The home also includes washer and dryer, Nespresso machine, milk frother, fridge with water and ice dispenser, forced-air HVAC, mini split in the rec room, Nest thermostat / smart climate control, practical lighting throughout, fresh towels, additional linens for sofa beds, iron and ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

The home is located in Los Angeles, just outside Inglewood and close to some of LA’s biggest sports and entertainment venues.
