Summer Bookings
From July through August, we welcome weekly stays (7-night minimum) to give your family a full week of lakeside living Saturday to Saturday.

Whether you’re splashing in the water, roasting marshmallows at sunset, or relaxing in the recliners for movie night, this Fair Haven lakefront home is where memories are made. We can’t wait to host you!
• Maximum occupancy is 12 people.
• Parking in driveways only, not road.
• Dogs require a separate pet fee, please clean up all pet waste.
• Bring reusable bags to grocery store. NY has a plastic bag ban.
• Place trash & recycling in covered bins. Please recycle!
• Fire extinguishers are located in the laundry room, basement by fridge.
• No smoking, no vaping, no weed.
• Be safe. No diving.
• Dial 911 for Emergency
• Quiet Hours 11pm-8am Friday & Saturday and 10pm-8am Sunday through Thursday. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down during the night. This is a residential neighborhood. Let’s all enjoy a peaceful night’s rest.
• Only outdoor, contained fire pit may be used and must always be attended. NYS annual “No Burn” is March 15-May 15. Please extinguish fire. Bonfires and fireworks are prohibited.
• Responsibility for Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay. Please report any accidental damage to us promptly, and we can work together to resolve the issue and prepare for our next guests.
