Lakefront fully renovated, 2,500 sq ft waterfront premier moon beach house features some of the best sunset views overlooking Lake Ontario, with 4 bedrooms plus loft, 3 baths, huge deck overlooking Lake Ontario, screened sunroom overlooking lake, 1.5 acres of beautiful green landscape, 130 feet of your own private shoreline. Too many amenities to list.

This lake community has several beaches in close proximity, including Fair Haven Beach park, boat launches within a short drive, as well as direct access to Lake Ontario. The house is only 15 minutes from Colloca Estate Winery, great for your wedding guests stay. Great area for relaxing, fishing, boating, and taking in the lake life. Sterling Nature preserve is within walkable distance.

This gorgeous property is perfect for a quiet relaxed get away.

Jonathan was very responsive and checked in to be sure the place met our expectations. The Kitchen was equipped well. Plenty of space for a large family dinner. The beds were all very comfortable. The view is to die for and the drive to Oswego easy and not too far.

Wonderful stay. House has everything you might need including pots and pans, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, shampoo, kids books and games. Jonathan was the best host and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Views were beautiful. Deck and fire pit. Walk down to the lake is a little rocky and uneven, but worth it!

Just what we needed

The house has a wonderful view of the lake, is very spacious and clean. The kitchen had all that we needed. Everything was easy about our stay at this house! We stayed during cold months so no lake activities but really enjoyed the scenery (and saw a beaver!)My only very tiny bit of feedback would be to add a coffee table or side tables in living room so there is a place to put coffee/drinks.

Sunset Lake House

Our rental home was exactly as advertised, and was very clean and well appointed. The large lakeside lawn was wonderful for the children to play on. The beach although pebbles not sand was pristine for wading, swimming, and kayaking. We highly recommend this property for a family of ten! Our Host, Johnathan was very responsive before and during our stay.

Wonderful property and location

This property is wonderful! Up-to-date, well-furnished and very clean. Lots of extras such as paper products/supplies, soaps, lots of pillows and blankets, and a fully stocked game cabinet. Great communication on behalf of the owner and attentive to our needs/questions. The location was perfect for us with great views and the ability to hear the waves from Lake Ontario!
