You and your guests will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home on the public side of the lake with access to one of the best common areas on Lake Anna. The common area, which is a 10-minute walk from the house (less than a half-mile drive), has a boat launch, dock, boat slips, sandy beach, covered pavilion with picnic tables, grill, and a port-a-potty. The common area is the perfect place to watch the sunset. The Food Lion is less than 1.5 miles from the house. The public side of the lake provides boat access to marinas and restaurants.

The house sits on a one-acre wooded lot in a peaceful community and includes a screened porch, a deck with a Weber charcoal grill, and a stone patio with a fire pit and 6 resin Adirondack chairs.

The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you may need including, but not limited to: convection microwave oven, coffee maker, coffee grinder, air fryer, toaster oven, crock pot, stockpot, dutch oven, electric griddle, blender, mixer, baking sheets, muffin tins, cake pans, salad spinner, and more. Coffee beans, sugar, Equal, and creamer are also provided, along with staples such as olive oil, vegetable oil, salt & pepper, oregano, basil, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder.

There are numerous restaurants, watering holes, wineries, and marinas close by, and many are accessible by boat.
