All rooms are on the ground floor, which consists of 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one with bath and two with shower, and an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and dining area. In one bedroom there is an extra bed for one additional person upon request. There is also a modernly equipped tavern with a fireplace, dining table and benches perfect for family meals.

The living area has direct access to the outdoor area with pool and terrace. The beautiful pool also features a jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing drink. The pool can also be heated upon request for a fee. There is also a covered, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining area for 6 people overlooking the pool area. The terrace is the perfect place to play a game of table tennis. The total plot area of ​​the property is 18.000 m2.

Loborika is a small village in the municipality of Marcana, located just a few kilometers outside of the largest Istrian coastal town of Pula.
