Pool maintenance takes place every Friday afternoon and usually takes about 20 minutes.
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests per fire code. Exceeding this limit will result in a $300 fine.
No smoking inside the home. Smoking indoors will result in a $350 fee, additional cleaning charges, and responsibility for any damages.
Use the pool and hot tub at your own risk. The host is not responsible for injuries related to use of the swimming pool or hot tub.
No early check-in or late checkout. A $100 fee begins after 10:30 AM if the property is not vacated on time.
No pets allowed. Bringing a pet will result in a $500 fee.
Please clean the grill after use or a $75 fee will be charged.
No fires or open flames in undesignated areas, including candles. Violation results in a $150 fine.
No parties allowed.
No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
