The striking dining area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with gorgeous granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare family meals and vacation favorites. A convenient sunroom/office nook with desk and chair is tucked just off the kitchen, providing a comfortable space for remote work or planning your next adventure.
The thoughtfully designed primary suite offers a relaxing retreat and can be opened to the living area if desired. Beautifully decorated with an emphasis on comfort and detail, it features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity. Two additional bedrooms are equally inviting. One features a queen-size bed and cozy loveseat, while the third bedroom is perfect for families, offering a bunk bed and an additional loveseat for lounging - also a twin sized sleeper sofa.
A full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.
Outside, your private backyard oasis awaits. Take a refreshing dip in the stunning screened in pool, soak up the Florida sunshine, or gather for al fresco meals in the outdoor dining area. The new stainless-steel grill makes it easy to enjoy poolside cookouts with family and friends.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with sleek stainless-steel appliances, including an oven and stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and a spacious French-door refrigerator with freezer. Generous counter space and ample cabinetry provide everything needed for easy meal preparation. Additional conveniences include a Keurig coffee maker, Flexbrew drip coffee maker, crock pot, blender, food processor, electric griddle, toaster, kettle, bakeware, and a selection of cookware, dishes, and utensils. Please note that consumable items such as cooking oil, spices, coffee filters, and coffee pods are not guaranteed and may not always be available.
Dining Area: The spacious dining area sits between the kitchen and the living room and features a circular table with seating for seven, and an additional two stools at the island bar.
Living Room: The inviting living room is filled with natural light, thanks to large windows overlooking the lush tropical outdoor space. Designed with both style and comfort in mind, the area offers plenty of seating, including a sofa, loveseat, and several accent chairs. An adjacent workspace nook provides additional seating with a second loveseat and two chairs, creating a versatile space for relaxing, socializing, or catching up on work.
Workspace: A dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot to check emails, attend virtual meetings, or catch up on work during your stay. Thoughtfully positioned just off the main living area with a small desk and chair, it offers a comfortable and functional setting while remaining connected to the home's inviting atmosphere.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, end tables with matching lamps, wall mirror, 32" smart TV, and en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Full bathroom with tiled step-in shower, sink, single vanity, mirror and cabinet space. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Queen-sized bed, matching nightstands with lamps, closet, ottoman style seating, ceiling fan and flatscreen smart TV.
Bathroom #2: Full bathroom with tiled tub/shower combo, large vanity top with sink and mirror.
Bedroom #3: Bunk bed with twin beds, reading lamps and fun staircase to top bunk, cubbies, loveseat, flatscreen smart TV, activity area (games, puzzles, books), closet space and end table with lamp.
Garage: Full size washer and dryer with utility area. Provided beach amenities include folding wagon, cooler, several foldable beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach tent.
Outdoors: The outdoor living space is designed for enjoying the very best of Florida's indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Take a refreshing dip in the screened in pool, or unwind on the comfortable loungers and seating areas while soaking up the sunshine.
The fully fenced backyard offers added privacy and features a shaded outdoor dining area, perfect for al fresco meals. A stainless-steel grill and grilling utensils are provided, making it easy to prepare and enjoy your favorite dishes in the warm Florida air.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
5. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 non-aggressive breed dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 + tax per pet is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.
Parking: This home has driveway space for up to 2 cars.
