This private lower-level apartment comfortably accommodates **up to two guests** and includes:

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with safety grab bars, fresh towels, facecloths, and a hair dryer.

## Meet Oscar

You may hear Oscar, our friendly German Shepherd who lives upstairs, when guests arrive or leave. He may bark briefly to announce visitors but settles quickly and is generally quiet.

* Check-in: **3:00 p.m.**
* Check-out: **11:00 a.m.**
* One driveway parking space is provided
* Overnight street parking is not permitted

## House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:

* Maximum occupancy: **2 guests**
* No children
* No pets
* No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
* No candles or open flames
* **Backyard is not accessible as it is part of the upper unit’s private space**

Hi, I'm **Shari McIntyre**.

I enjoy hosting guests and providing a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay in Peterborough. Whether you're here for medical appointments, work, or a short visit, I aim to make your stay easy and stress-free.

Outside of hosting, I run **Sinless Sourdough**, where I create keto sourdough starters and teach low-carb baking. I also share baking content on my YouTube channel, **The Keto Baking Mechanic**.
