We’ve stayed here previously as my family lives close and it’s an excellent place to come and relax and spend the nights. Kitchen well equipped, beds super comfortable and cozy living space. We will definitely return.

We enjoy the peace and quiet ,as well as, the wide open spaces. Our 2 dogs are like puppies following the scent trails. The owners are really nice and attentive to the property. This is fast becoming our "go to" place for vacation. We highly recommend this property if you are looking to unwind and relax.

A Perfect Countryside EscapeTLDR: Charming, overall clean cottage that looks just like the photos. The hosts were kind and welcoming. Great amenities, including a cozy outdoor fireplace and a deck with views of llamas and sheep. Perfect for a peaceful, well-priced retreat. Just a heads-up: bring a bag for clean and worn clothes and confirm checkout details with the host beforehand. Highly recommend!Our family's stay was a wonderful escape. Booking was a breeze, and our host, Gigi, was incredibly sweet. The cottage's interior and exterior were exactly as pictured.The hosts’ hospitality truly made our trip special; they live nearby for emergencies but offer complete privacy. We enjoyed a great chat with them about life and the "old days."The cottage is a perfect peaceful retreat. The space was well-arranged with excellent amenities: comfortable beds and furniture, reliable Wi-Fi, a working TV, and plenty of hot water. We especially loved the outdoor fireplace and watching the llamas and sheep from the back deck.The cottage was very clean, but a tip for future guests: the drawers in the smallest bedroom need a deeper clean, so you might want to keep clean clothes in a bag. It's also helpful to chat with the hosts about the checkout process beforehand.Overall, the price was great, and we felt we got excellent value. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat!

If you are looking for a quiet location with lots of fresh air, this you the place. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 little dogs and we all loved the place. My dogs absolutely enjoyed walking around the property following scent trails. Our senior dog was acting like a young dog again. We meet the hosts and they were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The cottage was very cozy and had everything we needed for our time there. It was very clean and maintained, as well as, the grounds. We hope to return as we all enjoyed our experience :) Many thanks to our Hosts for a amazing vacation, you guys are awesome :)

We enjoyed the stay at the property. It was relaxing and the cottage was clean.we couldn’t get the wifi to work which wasn’t such a big deal and I’m sure could have been resolved if I had been able to download the vrbo app more easily.

Perfect for my needs

This worked out great. I needed to be in the area and I needed to be able to bring my little dogs. This was perfect. There are 3 bedrooms. 2 with queen beds. We could bring the dogs out the front or back and walk along Trail rd and McKinlay rd. There were lots of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils, a full fridge with freezer. We could easily meet our needs.

Little Getaway

We took my Mom on her 75th Birthday Trip and Mom stayed with my sister who lives in the area while we had our Vrbo for our own little morning and evening retreat. Nice charming little home, well equipped, comfy bed and seating so it was perfect. Any time back in the area and someone suggests an air mattresses in the basement, we will be booking again!

Cute cottage getaway!

My friends and I booked this cottage for 2 nights. We loved the location and that it was pet friendly! It was a lovely cottage, clean with lots of blankets, towels, dishes and everything you'd need! We however has difficulty getting in contact with the host and we were unable to get the check in procedures which left us confused heading to the cottage and we also we're not given access to the Wifi. Unfortunately this was a big one for us as we had a day where I planned to work from the cottage but was unable to due to the lack of internet. We did book this cottage because of the wifi availability so that was disappointing but overall a very nice place!

Such a soulful cottage with amazing view. Easy to locate and has brilliant amenities..Gigi and her husband are truly warm Canadian hosts who enjoy hosting- which is so evident..our puppy loved running in the fields and she felt so welcomed. This will be our yearly tradition.

excellent location to many golf courses. Gigi was very quick to respond to any questions. Property was great for 2 couples with excellent outdoor space and peaceful surroundings. The Alpacas kept us entertained while sitting on the deck. Cottage was well equipped with everything we needed.

Nous voulions une maison avec 3 lits pour 2 jours pas trop loin de la Marina de Cobourg car nous allions a la pêche et partions tôt le matin. Cette maison est bien située à 20 minute de la Marina. Très propre et bien équipée. Lits confortables et belle terrace avec bbq. Nous y retournerons l’an prochain

Great Place to get away to

Great little peaceful house. I was alone and out quite a bit in the area but the cottage was a great place to come back to for rest and to cook up a quick meal. Quiet, good beds.
