When bringing a pet, signing a separate rental agreement will be required.
The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Please let us know in advance if you plan on bringing your furry companion! We like to prepare our cleaners ahead of time

For extra safety and security:
We have an exterior security camera at the front entrance- there are no cameras inside the home or pointed inward. ID verification is also required prior to check-in, so please complete that promptly to ensure easy access to the property.
Thermostat is managed by host to protect
HVAC system and comply with lease requirements and local professional guidance.
In summer, temperature range is 72-76 degrees.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out:
Early check-in before 4pm and late check-out after 11am, each for a $30 fee. Availability depends on surrounding reservations, so please reach out in advance and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you!
