SECURITY
We have 5 actively recording cameras overlooking the front yard, the backyard, all patios, laundry, and the driveway which record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
Outside patio & grill area and parking in front of the building are common area that might be used by other guests.
☀️ #1 rule of the house is to please clean-up after yourself, have common sense and treat the place with care respect like if it was your own.
☀️ No smoking inside of home. $250 remediation fee will be assessed if smoking is suspected in the interior property on the home. No open flames or candles of any kind are allowed on the property. No use of illegal substances on the property.
☀️ Guests must respect the privacy of other guests and neighbors, and not disturb them in any way.
☀️ Check-in and check-out times must be respected, unless agreed upon with the host.
☀️ Please try to not leave lights/TVs/fans ON if you're not home or using them.
☀️ Please try not to leave the A/C on at unreasonably low temperatures especially while you're not home.
☀️ No Parties/Loud Music/Noise/Illegal Activities etc. Such behaviors will not be tolerated and can lead to cancellation without a refund. Kindly respect a courtesy quiet hours starting at 9 pm for our neighbors.
☀️ Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight, this is strictly enforced by our insurance policy.
☀️ The guests who book the property are accountable for any damage caused to the property during their stay and will be charged for any repair/replacement fees. This includes any damage or loss of items caused by themselves or anyone who accesses the property during their stay. The owner reserves the right to determine the replacement fees and hold the guests responsible for them. It is expected that the guests will respect the property and leave it in the same condition as it was
received.
☀️ Pets are welcome upon approval with the advanced permission and $400 pet deposit each.
