The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably, with a king suite featuring a private ensuite, a fun and functional queen-over-queen bunk room, and a pull-out sofa in the living area. Step outside and you’ll discover your own private oasis—a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit, grill, and patio dining space perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings.



Whether you're here for adventure, relaxation, or quality time together, this home is made for creating unforgettable memories.



Guests will have full access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry, and outdoor spaces.

Medicine Park is surrounded by natural beauty, and it’s common to see wildlife like deer in the mornings and evenings. The area has a laid-back, small-town feel with a strong focus on outdoor recreation and relaxation.

This is a quiet, residential neighborhood—no parties or large gatherings allowed.

Wildlife is common in the area (deer, etc.), especially in the mornings and evenings.

Pets are welcome, but please clean up after them and do not leave them unattended for long periods.





Please be aware of the following potential fees:

- There is an additional fee PER PET.

- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee (subject to cleaner availability).

- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

- Lost items can be returned for a shipping+labor fee.

- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.

- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. (Do not worry about babies or kids setting off the detector! It's only intended to prevent disruptive parties.)

- Date change requests are subject to a fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.

- Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, there could be additional charges.
