This is a four bedroom, three bathroom, 1 car garage home. The master bathroom though is locked for owner’s use only. Four available bedrooms feature air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Two bathrooms available for your use. To keep rates low, the living and dining room AC units are deactivated; however, two stand fans are provided in the living room and one in the dining area. Living/dining AC is available for an extra $20 per night. Please request before you check-in.

You will enjoy a peaceful gated neighborhood on a quiet street yet near university, hospitals, shopping and restaurants. Designed as a vacation home for a couple from the U.S., guests will find the needed amenities to feel at home, modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water, fast wi-fi, comfortable furniture). The open concept kitchen/ dining/ living area provides plenty of room for entertaining. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker along with plenty of pans, plates and utensils). The living room includes recliners and cable TV. One bedroom is downstairs, and three are upstairs along with an upper level living area that provides a quiet nook for conversation or to watch TV via streaming. Patios and balconies on the front and back provide extra room to relax.
