Designed as a vacation home for a couple from the U.S., guests will find the needed amenities to feel at home (sufficient air conditioning and ceiling fans, modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water, fast wi-fi, comfortable furniture). Each bedroom has an AC. The AC in the Living and Dining Rooms are deactivated to keep the rate low. The open concept kitchen/ dining/ living area provides plenty of room for entertaining. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker along with plenty of pans, plates and utensils). The living room includes recliners and cable TV. One bedroom is downstairs, and three are upstairs along with an upper level living area that provides a quiet nook for conversation or to watch TV via streaming. Patios and balconies on the front and back provide extra room to relax.
