🚫 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: - All guests must be registered for liability purposes. - A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.
🚫 No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking any substance indoors will result in a $500 fine. Removing smoke odor and nicotine from the walls is extremely time-intensive and expensive.
🚫 No Parties: A $1000 surcharge applies to groups deceitful about the unit`s use. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
⭐️ SECURITY CAMERA: - Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. - This security camera is mounted on the exterior door frame of the unit and captures activity outside of the unit only.
