The Lux Lounge Unit– A Private Luxury Glamping Estate
Welcome to The Lux Lounge unit, a stunning two-story, 1,200-square-foot private estate designed for comfort, relaxation, and entertainment. This spacious retreat features 1 Private Bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed—perfect for guests seeking privacy.
The bathroom is complete with a Large Shower.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, convection microwave oven, stainless steel sink, two-burner electric stove, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and all the cookware, dishes, glasses, and silverware.
The main living area offers a cozy space to relax, featuring a 60-inch TV and 2 couches, and a 1/2 bath.
Upstairs, you’ll find a private bedroom with 2 60-inch TVs, ideal for relaxing entertainment.
Step into the upper lounge—a showstopper with a large bar/ desk and side chairs to view the 2 60-inch TVs, perfect for movie nights or casual gatherings. Surrounded by 360-degree windows with blackout shades, the upper level offers stunning natural light by day and serene privacy by night. While you fall asleep or wake up in the morning, watching the birds from your window is great fun.
All units are heavily soundproofed to provide the peace and tranquility you need to fully unwind.

Welcome to our private resort. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and adhere to the following policies:
1. Guest Access
Access to the resort is for registered guests only.
Non-registered individuals are only permitted if they are part of a scheduled event under a valid event contract.
2. Smoking
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas:
By the fire pit at Koi Lake
On the bench in the parking lot
3. Prohibited Items & Activities
The following are not permitted anywhere on the property:
Candles
Fireworks
Explosives
Paintball equipment
Hunting or fishing
Flying drones
4. Seafood Cooking is permitted only at the outdoor grills or pizza oven.
5. Trash Disposal
Trash bins are located outside each unit.
Do not leave trash unattended outside. Pickup is available upon request.
6. Pets
Pets are welcome if included in your reservation.
Pets must:
Be leashed at all times
Never be left unattended unless properly kennelled
Use only the designated pet relief areas
Waste bags and disposal bins are provided for your convenience
Do not allow pets to relieve themselves on artificial grass
7. Quiet Hours
Quiet time is observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
8. Guests & Children
Guests aged 12 and up are considered extra guests and are subject to an additional fee.
Children under 12 are not permitted on the property.
All children and pets must be supervised at all times.
9. Hot Tub Use
The hot tub is shared among guests. Please be courteous with usage time.
No soaps, oils, or bath products are allowed in the hot tub
Any violation requiring water drainage and cleaning will result in a $250 cleaning fee, charged to the credit card on file
