The Space:

Inside, the home welcomes you with bright, open gathering spaces designed to bring everyone together. One flight below the entry level, the main living area impresses with soaring vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, and abundant natural light pouring into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen spaces. A large sectional sofa and smart TV create the perfect place to unwind after a day on the lake, while sliding glass doors open onto a spacious deck overlooking the water. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar-height seating for two, making it easy to stay connected while preparing meals. Nearby, the dining table for eight sets the stage for family dinners, game nights, and lingering conversations with lake views as the backdrop.



The lower walk-out level transforms into the ultimate entertainment zone with a game room packed with activities for all ages. Guests can challenge each other to foosball, darts, oversized Connect Four, Space Invaders, puzzles, board games, and card games before grabbing drinks from the full-sized refrigerator and heading outside to the balcony. Down by the water, the property truly shines with a large private dock featuring spacious lounging areas, a dive platform for swimming, a dock bar/storage area, and kayaks available for guest use. The lakefront deck offers dining tables for al fresco meals and panoramic water views, creating the perfect setting for sunset cocktails, lakeside laughter, and unforgettable days spent boating, swimming, and soaking up the best of Lake of the Ozarks living.



This home comfortably sleeps 16 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size murphy bed in the game room.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 queen size beds, a smart TV, access to a small balcony with two chairs and a table, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the hallway.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds, a smart TV, a small nook with an occasional chair and window with a view, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds and is adjoining to the game room.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• This home allows parking for up to 3 vehicles. Parking is at road level, off to the side.

• Please park only in the designated area and do not park in spaces belonging to neighboring homes or block the roadway.Additional parking is available in the lot near the pool.

• A 12' x 28' boat slip is available for guest use; by water, this property is located near the 17 MM. If bringing a boat, the nearest boat ramp and trailer storage is at Grand Glaize Marina (PB2) – additional details will be provided prior to your arrival.

• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

o Maximum of 2 dogs per stay — Dogs only. Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times — excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.

o Pets may not be left unattended unless secured in a crate or carrier.

o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas — any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas — please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.

o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws — pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.

o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund. By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located at the doorbell near the entry and monitoring the exterior entry area, and (2) located at the back deck and monitoring the dock.

• Portable crib provided.

o All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.

• Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
