Just beyond, the kitchen combines cozy cabin style with practical convenience, equipped with wood cabinetry, a Keurig coffee maker, and counter seating for three that makes mornings feel easy and inviting. Nearby, the dining table for five creates the ideal spot for family dinners, card games, or planning the next day’s adventures.



Outside, the peaceful backyard becomes your own private gathering place beneath the Montana sky. This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. Please park in area labeled "Visitor Parking." Do not park in front of Birch Arbor.

• Please note, this home does not have A/C.

• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the garage and actively monitoring the driveway,

o (2) located at and actively monitoring the front door,

o (3) located on the tree to the right of the front door and actively monitoring the fence and the side yard, and

o (4) located on the tree to the left of the back porch and actively monitoring the back yard.
