The Space:

Welcome to "A Wave From It All" —a perfect retreat for those seeking to unplug, reset, and reconnect. This pristine newer beach home invites you to slow down and savor the simple joys, featuring designer furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy screened-in porch that’s perfect for unwinding after a day spent on the sand or exploring.



Nestled just steps from popular Avenue 30A, you’ll be within walking or biking distance of  local cafes,  boutiques, and artisanal shops. Four bikes are provided, letting you effortlessly roam through the picturesque area, with easy access to nearby beaches and a new pedestrian tunnel that opens up a smooth ride to the charming scenes of Rosemary Beach.

TRANSPORTATION

- 4 Adult bikes are included with this rental.  If more are needed, a discount code at a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Inlet Beach is a great starting point for exploring Walton County’s eastern 30A corridor, with easy access to nearby beach towns and plenty of options for biking and driving. Many guests love using the Timpoochee Trail (30A’s bike path) for scenic rides into Rosemary Beach and beyond, while a vehicle is helpful for grocery runs, beach hopping, and day trips across South Walton.



Traveling to/around the area - Explore by foot, by bike, or by car:

• A car is recommended for exploring beyond the immediate 30A corridor, as rideshares and taxis can be limited and wait times can vary.

• Biking is one of the best ways to experience 30A—use the Timpoochee Trail to reach nearby beaches, dining, and shopping areas safely and enjoyably.

• Walking works well for short trips and beach access days, but plan to drive for larger grocery runs and farther excursions.

• Bike rentals are widely available along 30A if you want extra bikes for your group—helmets are recommended, and the paths can get busy during peak season.

Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message prior to arrival, and we offer convenient self check-in. During your stay, we’ll typically check in by text once or twice to ensure a 5-star experience, and we’re available 24/7 if any questions come up. After checkout, we’ll follow up—we’re excited to hear about your stay and welcome any feedback.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: Standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and standard check-out time is 10:00 a.m.. If the home is ready earlier on the day of arrival, an early check-in may be available with approval from our main office. Late check-outs must be requested and confirmed by the main office prior to departure.
